It is not being suggested anyone should lose weight. That is a personal choice. I wanted to lose weight, so I did. If it is important to you to lose weight and maintain your new weight then this principle is guaranteed to do the job. It has to be your decision.

This is not a diet. It is a permanent lifestyle choice that will first enable you to lose weight gradually over a period of weeks and then maintain your weight indefinitely, with the maximum possible dietary flexibility.

Maximum flexibility but controlled quantity. If you are overweight it is because you consume more kcal than you routinely burn off. That of course applied to me. Now it does not.

Once you have reached your target weight using this resource, you will know more about yourself and products than you have ever known. You will be permanently free from dependence on any source or person.
